How fast will I get a reply to my first inquiry?
WhatsApp replies typically arrive within an hour. Email RFQs receive an initial technical response inside 24 business hours. Formal engineering proposals — including duty curve overlay, recommended series and alternative configurations — are issued within 48–72 hours of receiving a complete duty point.

Do I need to submit through the inquiry form, or can I email directly?
Both routes reach the same engineering team. The form is useful if you don’t yet have all the duty data organized — it prompts you for the right fields. Direct email to contact@bbpmfg.com is faster when you already have a specification sheet or drawings to attach.

Can I visit the BBP factory before placing an order?
Yes — factory audits are welcomed and encouraged for engineering procurement teams. Email us in advance so we can schedule access to the foundry, machining center and inspection lab. Our Beijing headquarters and production facility are reachable from Beijing Capital International Airport and Beijing Daxing International Airport.

What languages does the BBP team work in?
All international correspondence — email, WhatsApp, technical documentation, RFQ responses — is handled in English. Mandarin Chinese is also available for buyers sourcing from the China region. Technical drawings follow ISO conventions.

Do you handle OEM / ODM projects directly?
Yes. OEM and ODM are standard offerings, not project-scale exclusions. Engineering proposals for custom impeller geometry, alternate volute configurations, integrated skid packages with VFD controllers, or private-label branding follow our four-step workflow: RFQ, engineering proposal, sample / prototype evaluation, then production.

How do I request a spare part for an existing BBP pump?

Common wear parts — impellers, throat bushings, shaft sleeves, rubber liners, mechanical seal kits — are held in stock and ship in days. Engineered parts take 30–45 days from PO.
