Computer-Simulated Molding, Eight Material Families
Our foundry runs computer-simulated mold filling and application analysis, fully automatic sand molding machines, and precision aluminum casting patterns. Casting processes include resin sand, coated sand and lost foam. Multiple medium-frequency induction furnaces produce clean, smooth castings that meet diverse material requirements across our ten pump lines.

Four Furnaces. Computer-Curved Temperature Control.
Our heat-treatment workshop houses four curve-controlled electric furnaces with computer-driven temperature regulation. Each furnace follows a precise heating and cooling curve, optimizing the metallographic structure of HCCI impellers and stainless castings. The result: significantly improved mechanical properties and service life several times greater than that of non-heat-treated parts.

CNC Lathes, EDM, Boring-Mill and Grinding in One Line
The machining center is equipped with CNC vertical lathes, wire-cutting EDM machines, boring-milling machines, and CNC grinding machines — organized into a continuous production line. This integration guarantees the dimensional precision required for impeller-to-volute clearance, mechanical seal fit and bearing housing alignment.

Mechanical Seal Fit, Coating to Service Specification
Both the assembly and painting workshops operate with advanced production-line equipment to guarantee product quality and surface appearance. Mechanical seal arrangements, bearing housing alignment and balance verification happen on the line. Coating systems are selected per service — epoxy for general service, ceramic for abrasive, or rubber lining for slurry duty.

Eight Inspection Instruments, Engineer-Operated, Per Unit
Our in-house testing center is equipped with advanced instruments operated by trained engineers. From spectrometric alloy verification to non-destructive flaw detection, every pump is checked before the traceability code is closed. ISO 9906 Grade 1U / 2B hydraulic acceptance tests are performed on every unit.
